Qualifications

1971 graduate of Ohio University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with honors.
Mr. Hunter's Juris Doctorate Degree is from The University of Toledo in 1974, where he was an editor of the Law Review.
In September, 2001, Mr. Hunter achieved the designation of Local Government Fellow, and is currently one of less than one hundred Local Government Fellows in the United States and Canada.
